Legitimate interests: Profound North bases the processing of your personal data on our legitimate interests in being able to communicate with you regarding the event in question, including sending relevant materials from the event, our legitimate interest in conducting statistics and analysis and improving our services, as well as our legitimate interest in marketing to you (where consent is not required) (GDPR Article 6, paragraph 1, point f).

Retention period

Your personal data will be stored for 2 years from your participation. Information included in accounting records, however, will be kept for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year in accordance with the rules of the Accounting Act. The information may also be stored longer in anonymized form.

8. Disclosure to other data controllers and assignment to data processors

To fulfill the above purposes, we may grant third parties access to your personal data, which, based on a contractual relationship with Profound North, provide relevant services. This could include IT suppliers, email providers, and providers of IT solutions.
